"This coffee comes from the Central American country of Nicaragua, more precisely from the municipality of Matagalpa, in the Ixil Borter Torrez plantation, owned by Adlx Coffee, located 1450 meters above sea level.
It is of the Red Catuai variety and is processed using the natural method and then dried in the sun. The harvest period is during the months of January, February, and March.
In the cup, it is very clean and sweet, with hints of red fruits, caramel, and hazelnut, and a medium acidity.
This coffee, due to its characteristics, is suitable for different extraction methods such as: moka, espresso, and filter. In this case, we have chosen to create a medium roast profile suitable for espresso and moka.
