Brasile Pulped natural | Espresso
Brasile Pulped natural | Espresso
This coffee comes from Brazil, more precisely from the Cerrado Mineiro region at the Daterra plantation located 1200 meters above sea level.
The Daterra cultivation has been active since 1987 and deals with various coffee varieties: Acaia, Aramosa, Bourbon Rojo, Catuai, Laurina, and Mundo Novo. The harvest takes place from May to August and is carried out both manually and mechanically, with great attention to the selection of the beans.
The plantation in question was planned with the goal of producing specialty coffee, with a strong focus on preserving the environment and promoting social development in the area. For Daterra, the relationship with the soil, water, workers, the community, and the environment where they are located is extremely important. It is interesting to note that Daterra looks to the future, knowing that it faces many challenges to preserve the environment and mitigate the damage caused by poor agricultural practices.
In the cup, this coffee has a good body and a nice crema. You can taste notes of dried fruit, chocolate, and nuts.
This coffee, given its characteristics, is suitable for various extraction methods such as moka and espresso. In this case, we chose to create a medium roast profile suitable for espresso and moka.
